Excellent customer service dealing with a non-delivery which was no fault their own (Hermes) I can't help but feel sorry that they have not only lost a customer, but the cost of the missing goods.

Their great pro is the range of products - which can not be abscribed to them. What they do put in is the service and the things they say - lie after lie, constantly. I have made almost 30 orders and not once they came on time, in more than one occasion the delay was ONE MONTH - so the items just turned up without me even expecting them and often wondering what that was. On the phone they could not be less helpful, no one seems to know a single thing. My team and I now have a small celebration everytime we place an order and the items come within 2 weeks. Thank you for lifting our spirits on those (rare) occasions, guys!
