I have recently sold a property through Briggs and Mortimer and also currently let a property with them. Despite being warned by other estate agents of dangers of paying up front and not getting the same service as they would give for 1000 more in fees, I found that not to be the case. The service was exactly the same, if not better. Ammie was excellent and available at any time and Sandra was, and is, always helpful. I find the service friendly but professional and I would recommend them to other sellers and landlords.
I’ve rented properties in the Cambridge area for many years and have to say that my experience with Briggs and Mortimer has been the best so far! Sandra has been so attentive and helpful, from my initial viewing of the property, through the process of securing it and then helping me to settle in. She really has been a blessing to me, as moving house can be rather stressful. Ammie and Nick have also been fabulous so I really can’t recommend this wonderful team enough! Many thanks, Emma x
