Staff was friendly and courteous. I was able to order a Family Tailgate Box and there was no problem accommodating the pieces of chicken needed and/or the sides I requested. Cashier was super helpful and pleasant. Wait time was perfect for said order. Staff is very much appreciated; will visit again in the future for sure.

The food was great but the workers was very rude, especially a young african American male on the cash register. He always appear as of he got this big chip on his shoulder. My suggestion is for him to seek employment elsewhere or change his overall demeanor
I got a salad because I was trying to not overeat before Thanksgiving. Not very good. Mostly lettuce that was past its prime. What little chicken that was on it was tasty.
Food is good, Customer service needs work. I have gone to this location a few times and have never been disappointed by the food. However, the service is dry. You get your order total and your food shoved at you at the window.
Good customer service and kind staff- BUT couldn’t help to notice that an employee putting Mac and cheese in a cup used her bare hands to put back some Mac and cheese back into the cup when she missed. This also happened with several orders of Bo rounds. Needs a strict glove policy.

Sometimes we run into Bojangles for a sausage biscuit when we don’t want a full breakfast. The service is always good and they have very courteous front help. The chicken is really good
