First impressions are very good, a quiet store with friendly staff. Signed up for the new home Internet via 4g service, 1 months trial no contract. So far so good, already working better (4 times faster) than Orange ever has and that's without even trying to optimise anything.

Personnel agréable mais totalement incompétent : pas le bon contrat souscrit, adresse de facturation chez le voisin, pas de clé wifi de remplacement. Je me bats depuis des semaines avec le service client et bien sûr, personne n'est capable de rectifier. La résiliation arrive à grands pas !
