Sent my Sony A77 to 1st Aid Repairs to have a new live view screen fitted plus a full service on the camera. I am very impressed with the repair and the cost. Staff were very helpful and professional and 1stAid Repairs will be my one and only company I deal with in future. Many thanks to all who I dealt with.

I just got my father in laws old D90 back from 1st Aid Repairs and I can't believe it is the same camera! The guys at 1st aid not only have done a tremendous job but have been informative and professional the whole way through, always kept me updated on progress and summarised everything really well. The quality of the repair is top notch and I will definitely use them again and happily recommend them to family friends or anyone actually! Thanks guys!

I needed a new shutter fitting for my Sony camera and used 1st Aid Repairs for the first time. I dropped off and picked up the camera personally as I wanted a quick turnaround and the service was really friendly. The turnaround was quicker than expected and my camera is fully functional again. Very good value for money and highly recommended.

I bought a second hand Pentax DSLR camera that needed a check over for any faults. Adrian and team were extremely friendly and helpful! I know where to go for repairs in future! Highly recommend.

We have a 7 yr old very small touch screen Sony digital camera which was particularly convenient, being so small. I dropped it. I called Sony's repair centre, they couldn't repair it. It then went to their recommended 2nd line repair firm, who to be fair didn't charge, but it cost 30 in postage to get it there and back - they said it was unrepairable. Assuming at 7 years we had lost it, I nonetheless searched around on Google and found 1st Aid, and filled in their web form describing the drop. They came back very quickly with a diagnosis (new screen needed) and a quote. In slight disbelief, fearing a possible bamboozling, we sent it to them. But it was true! They repaired it beautifully, using Sony parts, and once ready agreed also to give it a service which they did really quickly and sent it back immediately. I cannot understand why 1st Aid is not Sony's recommended repairer! In the meantime we had bought a new Sony camera, pretty much same spec as old one, so their least expensive. It is a bit bigger and heavier, and the colours it takes are often rather strange. So we are absolutely delighted to have found 1st Aid and to have our old camera back. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you everyone at 1st Aid very much indeed.
