Worst delivery office! Why, you may ask. Closed when they are due to be open, don't redeliver parceles they just wait for you to collect even after arranging for a redelivery. Very rarely do you get good customer service in there.

As of today 1st September i am very unhappy with the Delivery Office at Derwent Close Patchway i have been trying to trace a parcel which they tried to deliver 1st August i have been to office no joy, tried 2 to re-delivery no joy. Tried today 1st September to call sorting office at 7.30am NO JOY but even though they OFFICE open their phone lines to sorting office ARE NOT open WHY!!!! And sent a letter to office Manager NO JOY, so what am i supposed to do i got no idea an extremely frustrated Customer incase any Royal Mail got the urge to contact me is [email protected] Yes i already know Covid is blamed for everything
