I'm updating my review. Previously, my parcel was lost. The postman had given my parcel to some random strangers. It has now been recovered. Luckily, the people he gave the parcel to were looking after the neighbors house while they were away. They saw me come home from work and dropped the parcel to me. However, the post man did not know these people and did not know where they were from. So, to give my parcel to them is out of order. Also, I had not received now card showing an attempted delivery or where the parcel was left. They also took my number to they could try to resolve the issue and get in touch with me. However, I've received no contact. I'm just glad the issue is resolved.
