there must be something wrong with your telephone line I have been trying to get through for sometime, it’s almost as though someone picks the receiver up and puts it down again without answering. I have been trying for 20 minutes and dialled your line 23 times. Your website says you are open. I am trying to find out what has happened to my delivery, you have emailed and text me to say it’s been delivered at 11.14 am I was on my drive at that time. It has not been delivered and it has not been left with a neighbour and you have not left a card to say where it is. I have registered this online but thought it would be nice to talk to somebody local to find out what has happened to the delivery so I can find my parcel more quickly, rather than wait up to 72 hours to find out what has happened to it!

Came here to collect an item that was delivered to me when I was absent. Staff is friendly and the seevice was quick and easy. You can't buy postal supplies here, however.
