The Royal Mail as a company are a disaster. I sent an envelope first class recorded delivery to be signed for on the 10th October and as at the 27th it still has not arrived with the recipient. I have tried everything possible to make contact with Royal Mail to no avail I am sure that their office must be on MARS. I filled a complaint form and sent it with all details approx 10 days ago again absolutely no response. The Royal Mail as a company are a complete disaster and should be stripped off its Royal name. I went to the local Royal Mail office who gave me a phone number which I tried but it was wrong hence went back in and they gave me another which was unobtainable. The local office printed out the tracking report outlining that it was picked up from the local office and that was that so it may still be on it's way to MARS. Disgusted and cannot put into any more words how angry I am - Rick Stewart

Two days in a row went to collect my parcel that’s been left there and the place is always shut!! No signs or anything, supposed to be open until half 4.. can’t get it redelivered until next Monday now! Place is a joke, at least let people know before wasting time and travel expenses!
