ROYAL MAIL IS DEFUNCT AND OUT OF DATE. NO BODY HERE WANTS TO WORK. THE PLACE IS CLOSED AND HAS BEEN FOR A LONG TIME. TIMES ARE NOT POSTED OR CORRECT. THE DELIVERY OFFICE HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR NO REASON AT ALL. THEY ARE LAZY AND CAN'T BE BOTHERED. THAT IS IT. THIS OLD BS INSTITUTION NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DONW. NOT COMPETITIVE AND THE OUTDATED LAWS THAT KEEP IT FUNDED SHOULD BE SCRAPPED. CHECK OUT LAW FOR POSTAGE UNDER A 1. THEY LIST AS A PUBLIC COMPANY BUT ARE ACTUALLY STILL GOVERNMENT BASED AND THE LAW SHOWS THAT. THEY BASICALLY CAN DO WHAT THEY WANT. THEY SHOULD BE BOYCOTTED ITS NOT THE 70s. TERRIBLE SERVICE. My review is only for the post man responsible for coxlodge area,if I had a bad experience with postman it's the royal mail man in this area , the post man never nock on the door and just put the red paper for Collection or redelivery, my husband scheduled a redelivery on available dates on the website and we received our parcel after 5 days from the scheduled day, this is the 3rd time they had to deliver us a parcel I'm waiting for too long and again didn't bother to nock, what a shame
Would be five stars except for the short opening times. Take ID, you won't get your parcel without it. Staff friendly, and if you take your dog with you they will give them a doggy treat!
