I wanted to send you an email but there is no direct email address for your sorting office. Absolutely great service, you guys have worked so hard this Christmas shopping time and i have been so impressed how well you have all done in these difficult times during the pandemic when i know that many sorting offices around the country have really struggled to keep up with the very high demand, so thank you all for your very hard work and keeping the Stafford post moving in these difficult times and hope you all have a good Christmas.

Awful service and terrible customer care. Royal mail, please train your staff at the main depot in customer service and how to treat your customers with respect.
Shame I had to give one star. Minus 5 would be more appropriate. I received an email yesterday morning telling me that a parcel was going to be delivered. I waited in for it. Early afternoon I received another email advising that there had been a request not to deliver. I had made no such request. Someone somewhere could not be bothered. The parcel was then supposed to be delivered today. At 10.30 the tracking said that it had been delivered. I checked the front door and around the house. Nothing. The postman delivered the mail at 11.13 but no parcel. So, where exactly, is my parcel languishing? I have previously had numerous items of post go astray. Each and every one of them was a greetings card of some description. I stopped using Royal Mail as I would never know if cards would arrive. Because of lockdown, I reluctantly sent a card using the post, as I couldn't hand deliver it. Did it arrive? Of course it didn't.
Important parcel meant to be delivered today, said it was going to be delivered today, comes to the afternoon & apparently I've made a request for it to not be delivered today? never did that haha, someone clearly couldn't be arsed, thanks Stafford Royal Mail!! that's great
Been waiting 4 days now for my small parcel which is supposed to be in transit...cannot talk to anybody..I'm very I'll made wasted journey to be told it's in transit and be patient.. Disgusting
