Late-night food
Ordered here tonight with my boyfriend and my dad. Had a lovely chat with the lady about our dogs etc and was looking forward to what appeared to be signs of a good Chinese. However... We got home and there was only 1 bag of chips out of 3 portions ordered. I then cut open the 'large vegetable spring roll, up (on their special menu on the window) to find MEAT in there!! My dad drove all the way back and the lady said that she hadn't charged for the chips, they clearly repeated our order back to us in the shop and we even discussed that I wanted salt and vinegar on 2 of the three bags of chips!! I was on the phone to my dad when he was in there and the lady apologised for the meat spring rolls and said they had run out of vegetables. She did the other two portions of chips 'on the house' but it was either that or the spring rolls, so I am left with no vegetable spring rolls that I paid for (3.50 each)... Both were not our fault and had she had replaced both then I would not be leaving a bad review. It is not our fault the two chips were not included, we had clearly asked for 3 portions and the order was repeated back to us... and it certainly was not our fault that we were given MEAT spring rolls instead of vegetable spring rolls. However I write this as the lady was more concerned with how much money she was making than the fact that we had to drive all the way back, whilst the rest of our food went cold, because they missed off the two chips we had asked for and gave us meat spring rolls instead of veggie spring rolls... really not great customer service especially considering I told you to keep the change after ordering!! A very disappointing experience.

Food was okay, the chow mein was very greasy though, I rung in and collected my order only to have them call me twice after to confirm my order 2 more times? Very strange, also they do not accept cards which to me is ridiculous considering the whole pandemic and most places urging people to please use contactless only! Not the best chinese I've had but not the worst either
Food was good. Just wish chinese take aways would vary their menus a bit.
