Horrendous service. Bartenders were unpleasant, rude and clearly do not have the ability to handle a slightly busier night than usual. Venue was privately hired for an event which was set to finish at 11:30 however by 11:15 all lights were on in an attempt to clear the venue. When asked politely about this, the bar staff (in particular a middle-aged blonde woman) were grossly rude and would not stop swearing. The manager was simply a joke and did not care to hear a single word from the people that were giving him money to use this venue. If not for a private event I would never recommend this place. It is a shabby and dirty pub.
Great evening of talented musicians at Red Shanks open mic night. Come along every 3rd Friday of the month.
Friendly staff and good music. Reasonable priced drinks.
