Nathan, the owner, is very personable and committed to customer satisfaction. We had a few issues with the drivers installed on my laptop and he was very diligent in getting it done right. That kind of service is comforting to have in the computer service market. It’s also very nice to have the opportunity to communicate directly with the owner of the business that serves you. The prices for service and hardware are also great. By comparison, PC Laptops is extortionate. Trust me, that “lifetime warranty” is by no means free. Become an informed consumer and you'll easily see it's paid for up front, added to the price of the machine. Not worth it, in my opinion. The cost of most repairs you may have to make to your computer during it's lifespan, especially if you bring it to XS, is far less than most extended warranties. I plan to return to XS for all my future computer needs, and would also recommend them to a friend.

Absolute great place! I got a virus on my laptop and they only charged me 65.00. Most places I called started with a 125.00 fee plus extra depending on severity of the virus. I liked this place because they were honest, charged a decent price, and they got my laptop back to me within a day or two. Will for sure use them again in the future!
My daughter went in to have her laptop check for virus's and malware. She came out with her laptop disappointed saying the gentleman inside quoted her over 300.00 to do this. He also stated she needed a few other things. I stopped by and sat in the car because I thought the owner Randy was honest. He was not there. I knew the person inside who did not recognize me when I went back inside. I asked just to check for virus's and malware and he gave me the same spill. Cost were closer to 350.00. I questioned a few more times and left mad. I went to another place where they charged me less than 100.00 and her laptop was found clean. I believe we were being ripped off at XS Computer solutions. If they did this to me how many others did they do this too?
XS Computers is the best computer repair company I have ever worked with, they are very well priced, they offer great friendly and fast customer service. Tanner was great at explaining and translating all of my laptop service needs. The price was great for the service I had done. I will definitely be sticking with them for all of my computer needs.
We recently had them build us a new computer. Our old store bought one was not so fast and reliable. When we brought the computer home and set it up, it would not turn on. I called the store and Nathan told me to bring it back in so he could check it out. He figured out the cord was bad, and gave me a new one right on the spot. Now the computer works great! We love how fast it is too! Starts up fast, and our anti-virus does a full scan in just minutes instead of an hour and a half! Love it!
I thought I was computer literate to never need help until my PC got a virus that wouldn't allow me online. I tried everything. When I took it to Nathan, he had it cleaned up and working fast online in a very short time. The cost was so reasonable that I won't hesitate to get his help next time. Great, fast, affordable service!
