In an attempt to purchase maxi pads, I was kicked out of the store for not wearing a mask. The male staff had zero sympathy for a bleeding woman and refused to ring me up even though I’d already grabbed what I needed and was next in line to check out. He did not offer to even let me purchase a mask from the store, just told me I needed to leave. When I called the store to speak to the manager, he refused to transfer me unless I told him what I was calling about. Update: Harmon’s, down the street, very pleasantly offered me a mask when I entered the store and I had no issues getting what I needed.

Left my purchase with teller on accident went back a day later and she had me grab my items and leave with no receipt. Made everything very easy.

Customer Service is terrible at this store. Employees always act like they have better things to do than help customers.
Very pleasant visit.
Every time I visit this location the customer service at the pharmacy is horrendous. I understand that Walgreens is a larger chain, but customers should always come first. If you are so inconvenienced by having to do your job, maybe you should find something that isn’t associated working directly with the public!
I'm never disappointed with this Walgreens. However, tonight the pharmacist went above and beyond for me. I am pregnant, have severe asthma, and right now having an awful flare up along with the awful flu going around. I didn't get her name, but the woman in the pharmacy helped me and she was so sweet and caring. Thank you so much!!! I am so grateful to you to help me find a medication that is actually going to help. Not only that she gave me some advice that my sick brain didn't even think of. Thanks again!!!!
The employees are rude. The older lady who works mornings is always complaining about customers and other employees. If you do not like your job...quit.
