Jacob is one customer SERVICE and SELLING DUDE. came in again just before closing . Just to get some tech support. No only was he open arms lets dig in and sold me lots of stuff for my phone!! T-Mobile ROY is where it's at!!! Alislyn was knocking out the customer SERVICE aswell!!!
I was there yesterday and the associate, tall male dude was awesome, I forgot his name but man he was so helpful. I wish people had the same energy as this guy did while helping me. Sorry I forgot your name 5 buddy.
It was a spontaneous decision to visit this particular store a couple of months ago and I am glad that I did. I wasn't sure if I was going to change service providers or not and the one I was with is great. But this store is fully equipped with all you need, the associates are well trained, and they definitely take their job seriously. I give a 5/5.
The guys at this location were really nice, but took about an hour to do what should have taken ten minutes. No other customers besides me. They just had a hard time figuring out what they were doing and moved without any sense of haste the whole time.
Wonderful experience today switching to T-Mobile. Jacob was amazing and very thorough. He ensured we got the best deal possible on our phone plan and also made sure everything was in working order before we left the store.
This store as always went above and beyond for me.... Jacob helped me purchase me and my mother a new phone made it fun but was serious about getting everything good for us. Thank you roy location for hiring amazing people to help us
We worked with Aislyn and jake. They were amazing in assisting us. They answered all our questions. They made great conversation during the little bit of wait time. Very personable and and knowledgeable. customer service was great. We definitely recommend working with them. We will work with them again in the future. Thank you guys. Great experience! Five stars!
