I’ve been living off of subway while my kitchen has being remodeled. This one has the best customer service.. They have all been good.. but really this one has been consistently the best.

Went through the drive through and it took 25 minutes before someone even took my order. There was a car in front of me and two more behind me. I called inside and they said they were too busy taking online orders. Then after being told to pull through to pay it took another 7 minutes for someone to come to window. If I wasn’t boxed in I would have left. Then I get home and find out they didn’t put all the toppings on it we requested and the wrapper was messed up with the ranch sauce so it made a mess of everything.
Im not sure about the 2 negative reviews i read however i always come to this subway located in Roy even though i live in clearfield we come to this location because we always love how they prepare our sadwiches. We've never had an issue at this location so far and we have been coming here for more than 3 years staff is always very friendly and welcoming, has a drive thru and yes sometimes they take a bit long however our food is prepared exactly how we order it so totally worth it. Maybe some people are just really inpatient is all\u200d️ i dont know but they dont take extremely long, like how some reviews made it sound. Great location fresh food, veggies are always perfect (& im a individual who is very picky about how veggies look, taste.) keep it up staff! Will continue to keep coming here and reccomend anyone to visit this location.
Me and my brother went in around 1:30pm on Saturday the girl working was very nice and professional! Food was great! Just felt she deserved recognition for her great attitude and customer service!
I have been coming here for a few years and tonight went through drive through and was asked if I wanted to leave a tip? I have been to drive through all over the country and to ask someone if they wanted to leave a tip is very tacky! I know the economy is bad but to have teenage employees ask people if they want to leave a tip is pretty low! I don’t think I will be back!
