Obviously plan ahead and make sure you aren't going when it's busy if you're in a rush. Fill out the forms on their website beforehand, don't just show up and do it there. I have had to get tested twice now, and both times I went when the line was short. A girl names Tiffany was so helpful in giving me instructions and pricking my finger for the antibodies test. I had no issues with accessing my results online, which I was notified were available via email.

I got a COVID test done here and they made everything super easy. I was able to register online before I even went to the testing site, so when I got there I just drove up and they gave me instructions and the test tube. I followed the directions given and was out of there in about 5 minutes. I received an email within 48 hours with my test results attached. They were quick and efficient!
Awesome place. We were able to get in and out quickly and had our results back earlier than expected. and many thanks to the workers out in the snow, wind, and cold to help others.
This is they way to go people. They made it so simple without having to get out of your vehicle. They were professional and efficient. I highly recommend them!

I can’t access my test results online, it saying upon arrival they give you a test number you use to access your results online but was never given anything besides the test. Very hard to get a hold sense they only provide email. I tired calling but it’s just an adimated voice just a little unprofessional on how frustrating hard it is too get ahold of them. It’s been a little over 48 hour but still no test results
Spent 20 min in line filling out their online form for 2 children. There is no add another person option to your existing info, you have to refill the entire form. The second form kept resetting to the top. When I got to person at the end because the form kept reseting I was told to go back to the end of the line that was longer now. Now I have to wait another 30-40 min in line.
