Bad chicken. Skin was terrible looking. It looked grey. I love KFC but not from Roy KFC it looked like they microwaved it!

***DO NOT GO HERE.*** Would give no stars if I could. The worker taking our order was not paying attention. We had to repeat ourselves about three times for every item. When we got our food and opened it up it was awful. We got mac n cheese, and a two piece chicken meal. The chicken was cold, as well as the mashed potatoes and gravy. My Mac n cheese was not even edible. It was cold (surprise) and it was very rubbery and I had to spit it out and ended up gagging based on the taste. On top of that, we got three spoons and no straws. I am so disappointed and we wasted 25. We ended up throwing everything away and going to Taco Bell. This is the second time this location was failed in a row. There’s something very wrong about how this location is run. Don’t waste your time and your money - DO NOT GO HERE.
Don't waste your time eating here. Food looked and tasted awful and was expensive for what it is. When I called to ask for a refund the manager was rude and would not refund my card over the phone.
I pay for 16 pieces bucket and 2 extra sides of sp and salad, that already comes with 4 sides and 8 biscuits, when I get home I have 7 biscuits, one missing s. potato no butter and honey, no utensils an 12 pieces, I had a similar problem years ago, on the same location, I called and All that the lady offer was a credit for a next buying unless I would comeback for the missing items, I live more than 10minutes away from that location, we are 8 people, all tired and hungry. I just don't want to deal with a claim that would result in getting a credit or go back to get the missing. The management has to take care of that iSO.
Got a K10 which is a 3 piece chicken meal... And I got one big piece of chicken, and a tiny little burnt un-edible winglet thing. no third piece... literally a 30 minute wait in the drive through... also asked for a Pepsi, got a Root beer half full. Any way you could make that up to me? You seriously ruined my lunch break. Maybe a refund??
