I hadn't been to this fast food restaurant in a while, but decided to give it a try. The staff were exceptionally nice, but that's where the compliments unfortunately end. After placing my order and paying, I was handed each bag with a description of what was in each one. I pulled forward to take a look through them to make sure the order was right. Instead of a fish sandwich, I was given a roast beef sandwich. And instead of a ham and cheese slider with a side of Apple sauce, I was given a Jr. Roast beef sandwich and curly fries. I had to go back through the line and after explaining what had happened and showing the receipt, they wanted me to purchase the original sandwiches again instead of giving me the correct order. After finally getting to someone who understood what I was explaining to them, (and ten minutes of my time) they apologized and gave me a box marked as fish sandwich and a food envelope containing the ham and cheese slider. After reaching home and opening our orders, inside the fish sandwich box was yet another roast beef sandwich. How much confusion can happen in one small order??!!

I love Arby's. Great people here good food on point with orders. Recommend the marketfresh turkey bacon ranch for cold sand. And the beef n cheddar of course for hot sandwiches
Customer service told a 6 year old that management wouldn’t fix a light bulb and if they wouldn’t listen to adults then they definitely wouldn’t listen to a 6 year old. The reason she asked is because she had to watch her brother with epilepsy have a seizure in the car because of the lightbulb flashing. Don’t make a little girl feel like she doesn’t have a voice. And management? Fix the dang lightbulb.
If you are closed for dining room, take signs down that say dining room open! False advertising, that's ridiculous . Workers acted like it was a burden to open the door to let me know the dining room is closed even though there is a sign that says dining room open!
It's always pretty good and what I expect it to be. They seem to do a pretty good job at getting my order correct.
