I called and asked if they provided a service. They said they did not repair the type RC I owned. I described the problem a little better and with great accomodation they said they would look at it. When I got there they had the right stuff and fixed it in minutes. I couldn't appreciate this more. So many Thanks

Very helpful, patient Bill and his colleague. Though they do not have the body shell fir my RC car my kids and I enjoyed Bill’s customer service. I will buy one of their RC cars soon!
The customer service was amazing.Also any questions i had were answered and if the couldn't be the guys told me where to go to find the answers. If there were more than 5 stars u would give them.
