Despite the staff being nice they talk very loudly amongst themselves and the clients. The library is always freezing cold and children running around talking loudly. This library is much too loud and the staff is a large contributer of the noise. It is very frustrating trying to enjoy the library under these conditions. The only good part about this library is the free wifi that easily connects. Please implement a quiet-zone (perhaps in the back) for those coming to the library to read or study.

*** BRING YOUR EARPLUGS *** I have pretty much gone to many libraries on the west island , and by far , this library is the most noisy place of all . Even the ladies that work at the counter are talking so loud we know all about their life stories , when their vacation is due , etc . Its is very annoying . Will not be returning . This is not a library , its a park for kids and adults . CANT HEAR MYSELF THINK . PEASE PLEASE someone tell these people and the workers at the counter to keep quiet !!! Will be calling the city to make an official complaint . Absolutely do no recommend for anyone looking to read or study in peace and quiet .

Terrible library and even worse staff. The librarians are extremely loud and inconsiderate of the people who are trying to study and work. Furthermore, the interior is hideous, chairs are uncomfortable and it is freezing. Please save your time and go to the DDO library.
Really loud library, I agree it’s small but even the staff is talking and laughing loud,i usually can’t find the books I need, the staff dosent know anything about the books they have, not many books are there
