Do yourself a favor and go with any other company. Not only do they not answer phone calls then don't show up either. If I was able to give them 0 stars then I would. It is the 4th time that I have to clean after coming home from work. We leave the house at 8 and come home after 5 and nothing is cleaned at all. Avoid at all cost unless you are in the business of losing money. Disgusting service

They are good. Most punctual and reliable snow removal company in the area. They come early mornings and during the day to clean any snow left. At times inattentive and scratch a patch of loan. Usually, they are easy to reach by phone if needed. They are more expensive than another company serving my hood, but the other one either skipped or were late in the past yeats to clean the driveway so I had to shovel a couple of times myself to get the car out. Overall I'm pleased and recommend Da Silva as snow removal company.
For the third time this season they just didn’t show up after a storm . Coming home from work only to have to shovel your way into the driveway is not fun . To make matters worse , houses on the adjacent streets were done. If they don’t come today everything will most likely freeze and my driveway will be a pain to navigate . Thanks Da Silva ! Ps: don’t even bother trying to call them , they don’t answer and their voicemail is full .
One of the better ones out there. What I appreciate the most is they closely follow the city plows to ensure there's no snow bank in front of the driveway after/during a snowfall.
Worst company ever. Not professional, bad and upolite drivers. Never pick up the phone. Terrible!
We used them for 3 years for our house on Belvedere. Always cleared multiple times on snow falls. I have nothing to complain about.
zero star, their snow removal truck HIT/CRASH/SCRATCHED my car in the parking and they avoided us completely. never called us, never came to see us. the employee told us they will get back at us with the boss but never came back. we called them a hundred times, showed up to the boss's house but his mother said he is not home when clearly his car was parked in the driveway. never again people.
Tires of these idiots (and I'm using the nicest word possible) blowing the snow they cleared from neighbouring homes onto our property. Next time I see them doing this, we're calling the city and police. If there's any damage to our property due to the heavy, packed snow accumulating on our lawn, they're going to be responsible.
