Room is dirty..it was not even cleaned that u can still smell the bedsheet at pillows has not been change from the previous occupant. I need to ask new towels and bath soap. Nobody is also manning the reception that u have to shout for service. There is no water at the shower. Airconditioner needs replacement or service coz it doenst reach the coldness needed for the room. This is the worst hotel ive ever been.
