We received an outstanding service being welcomed as an appreciated customer. As we relaxed in a comfortable environment we were served a glass of chilled champagne whilst being given great advice. Felt like a day out! The full service was excellent and this led to us buying a wonderful new engagement ring. Can't fault any part of the service we received that day and highly recommend.

Got my beautiful engagement ring from Rox in Glasgow Argyll Arcade last year. I put it in last week to be cleaned and checked and its came back like a brand new ring, all shiny and sparkly. Great service and lovely staff who are so kind and helpful. Thank you guys and we will be in for the matching wedding ring soon.
