Amazing job done by Optiscreen. It was an easy process, from Stephen giving us a quote to the installation of our screens, including their help with a few little glitches along the way (thank you Stephen and Nathan!). We are very happy with our screens, they have turned out much better than we anticipated. Our screens have transformed an outdoor area into an outdoor living room that we can now use all year round. We highly recommend Optiscreen for any outdoor area, you will be amazed with the transformation!

From damaging my new vinyl floor and leaving it coveded in mud the second time they cam out to rectify their poor workmanship, which they have only made a small improvement on, they've drilled holes in wrong places and filled them with pop riverts, one window wouldn't open and wasn't even fitting properly into its cavity, optiscreen said they would fix the bad workmanship and haven't, badly fitting trims and extremely baldly drilled holes. I'm devastated beware. I'll be chasing these issues through VCAT
Optiscreen’s weatherscreen solution has transformed our covered deck. We wanted to be able to use the area in the colder and wetter weather and looked at PVC blinds, screens and evening glass. The PVC screens they provided are both sliding and folding, allowing us to open the space up if needed or keep it sealed from wind and rain. The picture on the end is the before shot. We have front latching doors at the front and a side latch door. We would recommend this over PVC blinds as an economical solution to creating more usable space. The installer was very skilled and committed to doing the best job possible in what was a challenging and complicated space. I would recommend the company Optiscreen to transform your space. They have a “builders” approach and will look for ways to adapt their product to fit your specs.
I dont have words to express my happiness towards the work optiscreen team has put on the project. I have got multiple quotes for the works which i wanted to get done, but Optiscreen (Steve) was the only company given me one stop shop solution to my needs, which is roof and Doors all together, and the best thing i did, i listened to their solution and trusted their vision. Moreover, Price was very competitive too. Steve was super friendly and made sure we understood him and cleared every doubt we had. I have spent more than 350K on construction works at my house but this is the most used place around the house now. Sun, Living area, and entertainment at at one place, how can you go wrong. Due to Melbourne weather this place was useless until we covered it. My kid and mom dad love this place. I would recommend Optiscreen to anyone without a doubt and Will use the future Project too.
My wife and I were hugely satisfied with the complete package that optiScreen provided us throughout the complete process from quotation to installation. The installer was very skillful in putting it all together. This was made easier by the sales person Stephen's precise measurements which were quite complex. The installation included bi-fold and sliding screen doors on a 5M x 6M deck which included 2 access doors within the installation.
Great job / product and service. Install guys left tech screws in my driveway.....ooopppsss, could have got a puncture.
