I bought the 3 meat items for 12 deal. The chicken was off and smelt like the rotten corpse I guess it is by the next day, I had to throw my entire bin out and air out my house in 30 degree heat. The Mince meat was black by the time I got it home and smelt like the chicken. The only item that wasnt rotten was the burgers, but I am suspicious of them now and will probably end up throwing them out. Never going back there be warned.

Short review: Amazing flavoured and aged meats. Great food, knowledgeable staff. Long review: I have used the Meat Room in both Warwick and Leamington Spa a number of times, I highly recommend their Warwickshire sausage and the Cote d'boeuf my partner and I had for Valentine's day was unbelievable. 20 mins in the oven and ample resting time meant that it just melted on the tongue. My mum lives in a small village about 12 miles away from Leamington spa. We have been on lockdown for 5 weeks and her husband passed away 3 weeks ago. Neither my partner nor I drive, we both work in high risk jobs (care and producing medical visors) and have not been able to see her or get her any supplies. I emailed the lovely people at The Meat Room and they were able to deliver an order of meat, eggs and bread to her for me which they got to her today. She is delighted with it and I couldn't put a price on the knowledge that she has plenty in stock to see her through. You have gone the extra mile and put me at ease. I can't thank you enough.
Popped in off the cuff for some chicken breasts, turns out they are rather good indeed. Unfortunately I can no longer go back to my supermarket chicken after munching this. The two chaps in the shop were bang on, and clearly know the customers (one elderly chap was happily chatting for ages ;) I did read one negative review, where someone expected the butcher to provide precise cooking instructions and then blamed the butcher for underdone meat? Thankfully I know dropping a chicken into a vat of boiling water for about 30 mins does the trick.
