Only given 1 star as I can't give zero, this used to be a brilliant doctors, I rarely go so when others have complained to me about the practice being too big, not having appointments, generally unhelpful and rubbish booking system I defended the practice... How wrong I was, I've ended up going private as getting an appointment with the Queen would be easier. Such a shame, what used to be a brilliant doctors is now so poor. If you are thinking of registering here I'd check for alternatives first.

All good doctors at list good for me, go somewhere else in the end. Consultants did not even knew that they can only see patients only if the have face to face appointment. You can't see a doctor even if you are in your last breath. The receptionist will tell you to go to a walking centre. For any accident the answer is walking centre. I never had that problem in the past. I just wish I could stay in my previous doctors and in fact I will try and beg to take me back even if they are 4/5 miles away. Get your act together.

A complete shambles and puts you off trying to get an appointment until urgent. I've never known such difficulty getting through to speak to a member of staff at a medical practice - hours spent on hold and frequent phone line cut-offs. I would normally pop into the surgery to arrange appointments / request prescriptions but the surgery is currently locked (covid) and only accepting patients with appointments inside. There is no mention of this online - you only find out when you turn up. If you request a prescription, you have to chase this up several times before they will deal with it. I should have had a clue about what was to come when they lost my registration paperwork when first signing up to the practice. The one star can be attributed to the medical staff themselves who are, once you actually manage to see/speak to them, generally very helpful.

Horrible experience. I waited over an hour to speak to anyone who would pick the phone up for my test results. Was told half of my results still hadn’t come back and if I wanted to know them that I needed to book another appointment with a doctor. How shocking. If I hadn’t called I would never have known my results. I still don’t know half of them and I may never know. I am shocked at their response. God help me if I had something seriously wrong with me.

I don't often visit, however I have had excellent service everytime I do. During my last visit I received exemplary health services, and the GP really paid attention and listened. The subsequent aftercare for my referrals has been swift and seamless, which I was surprised at due to the current Covid challenges. My previous visits also reflect my most recent experience. I note that it is sometimes difficult for others to get through via telephone (as with other practices) and would highly recommend the online service as it is so easy to use. Well done for the excellent services, and thanks again.
