Ive just stood in this shop with one lady on the till. She went and helped look for things for customers etc etc.. great.. but there was 8.. yes 8 people in the queue in the middle of a pandemic. There were two staff members just wondering around showing each other things trying to look busy. Sort your queues out and staffing. What a load of rubbish. Also.. never have anything you want behind the till stocked! Useless!!!

High prices for a small store , cheaper at coop . Staff Never smile , to expensive to shop there to often.
I think you need to give the staff there lessons in customer service. Very ignorant. If you don't want the job give it to someone who does. Hate going in might have to go further down the road to the Co op. Always polite and friendly there.
