As soon as I spoke with Keith I was reassured by the questions he was asking that he knows his stuff. I had spoken to other carpet cleaning companies and they just gave me a price with little In the way of explaining what they did, how or why. If you want someone that cares about your carpet as if they were their own, call Keith! His work speaks for itself, if KD Masterclean can’t get a stain out, no one will! Keith will manage your expectations right from the outset and outline the likelihood of stain/carpet condition to end cleaned result. Keith really takes carpet cleaning to a scientific level.
