Excellent professional friendly service from the minute I walked in the door. No pressure to buy any extras that you either don’t need or want. COVID 19 measures are in place to a really high standard but without the drama! My appointment was at 3.20pm and I was seen at 3.15pm. I would highly recommend and it’s so refreshing to be able to write such a positive review. Thank you, fabulous team.

Wow! The service here is second to none. Firstly, I called with an emergency for my son and was given an appointment the same day even though they were fully booked. Upon entering, the staff were polite, pleasant and all safety measures had been risk assessed, I felt very at ease. Staff wore PPE throughout and hands/equipment was sanitised between use. My son was given a thorough check up and I was told throughout what was happening. Overall, I am very happy and grateful for the service provided. Thank you. Mrs Laura Taylor.

Amazing service, quick to diagnose a retina tear and referred for urgent treatment the next day. Couldn't thank them enough, very friendly staff even called to check on how I got on at hospital appointment.
