This is an excellent repair service. I have had my cooker for 17 years so when the grill packed up I thought I would definitely need a new cooker. However Blackheath Home Appliance came out on the same day I called them, with the part and fixed it as good as new. He told me a price before he came which was much less than I thought I would have to pay. I would definitely recommend.

19 year old double oven problems...main oven not working and door would no longer close, starting to have the same door problem with smaller oven. Decided to try a repair service before giving up and buying new. So glad I phoned these guys, they came out within 1 hour and solved the problems straight away Amazed at the great service, recommend you try before giving up on your appliances. Also will buy next new appliances from here.
What a great company!!! After being ripped off on sphock I found theses guys who went above n beyond to drop me a cooker and fit it all within a few days even though I’m well out the way from them .. the communication and service I received has been top class and the guy who fitted my cooker etc nice pleasant bloke n even gave me a guarantee I hope to buy from these again as the service is outstanding thank u
