Wow Kyle from Maffei was truly outstanding in every aspect of service and follow-up. We contacted the company with our request at 10am and by 1pm he was already here and working on the problem. Not only was the problem found and various solutions offered, but Kyle was understanding of our budget restrictions and found options that could help us. He was kind enough to look at the rest of our heating and plumbing solutions and recommended some work to be done at a later time as well as advising us on things that were not needed at the moment- again helping us and our limited budget. I'm a disabled vet on a fixed income so this help was truly appreciated. Finally, and most importantly, during the pandemic it is vital that customers feel comfortable with strangers in their homes. At every point he(Kyle) was respectful and professional. He wore a mask and was constantly cleaning up as he worked. I completely trust him and Maffei in my home and around my family. There is no higher compliment I could offer a service vendor. Choose Maffei with total confidence. Note: their prices are similar to others in the area. If you join their service plan their prices are 10% lower or better than others. Thanks Kyle!

I was very impressed with the thoroughness of Kyle. He answered my many questions, and knew I was freaked out when he discovered my furnace was in tough shape. Came out to look at my sump pump. Very knowledgeable and was able to recommend several things to extend the life of my existing pump as well as recommend future pumps to purchase. Very satisfied.
