Dan Roach is the Tom Brady of breeders. We just picked up our Golden Pup two weeks ago and he is the best thing. He is intelligent, curious, caring, and fun. He was house trained in less than a week, and I have yet to put him on a leash because he just follows me around on walks. Couldn't have dreamt for a better dog! That being said I highly suggest getting your next pup from here!

I bought a puppy from them in April and got her in June. She is the best dog. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting a puppy.
Believe every review you read here! We're only two days in with our puppy, and already we see an incredibly discerning, socially intelligent, confident, independent dog. You can tell the dogs are raised underfoot with kindness, and the freedom to develop all the right instincts. Dan is incredibly responsive to our questions too. What's more impressive is that he simplifies the learning process for us at every step, which is the mark of a true expert. If you want both a wonderful dog, and the expertise you'll need to raise that dog successfully, look no further! We'll definitely be taking his training classes as well.
We got our golden retriever puppy from Just Behaving a month back and we are pleased with our overall experience with Just behaving. The owner Dan Roach is very knowledgeable and takes time to share his expertise and experience with this particular breed, he deeply cares for his puppies/dogs and provide support after adoption as well. His puppies seem very healthy, well trained by other dogs and exposed to good environment during their critical initial weeks. Our puppy got house trained in less than a week, started sleeping throughout most of the nights within a couple of days and over all a very happy and secure pup she is. I would highly recommend Just behaving for anyone who is looking for well behaved and healthy puppies.
Our puppy is the world’s best dog. Dan and Heidi were wonderful to work with. They genuinely care about the welfare of their dogs, even going so far as to check in with us to see how the dog is doing, a few days and weeks after bringing him home. Our puppy was 9 weeks old when he joined our family. He slept through the night after three days and has the sweetest, calmest demeanor, something I didn’t appreciate until I met other dogs of a similar age when out and about. He has an exceptional temperament - our vet even commented on his sweet nature. He’s smart, loves exploring the world and is a great companion. He’s up for any and all adventures and is a very happy little fellow. If you do decide to purchase a puppy from Just Behaving, remember to build more time in to your day if you need to be somewhere at a specific time. Everywhere we go, people stop us to admire the dog and chat Dan and Heidi know what they are doing with their dogs. They speak common sense and breed, in our experience, wonderful dogs.
