There are reviews out there about how this place doesn't open on time, and in my experience that is true. Had no where to be so I waited out of curiosity. At a quarter of 6 I wasn't served for a half hour, despite the hours stating a 5 AM opening. However, the coffee was good. The delays are unacceptable for those with less time in their commute.

Second time burned by this Location. Twice I have ordered through the app and arrived within 10 minutes. Both times waiting an additional 10 minutes at the mobile pickup tray. No food and no employee acknowledging I was standing there. Nobody makes eye contact, 8 people behind the counter. Verified that the order did go through and I was charged both times.Not one to make a scene I just walk out. It is frustrating because most Dunkin Are well managed, clean and very efficient.Stand in line and you'll have a typical experience but I'm out. There is another franchise a little further down the road that has figured out the app ordering.
This place obviously knows how to serve their customers. Consistently with a super friendly approach. The food is conveniently priced, regularly fresh and neat.
