They steal your money! They replaced two Windows on my house 5/2/17. We opened our window for the first time 6/10/17 and the frames falls apart! We can see pieces of cardboard clearly tucked between the glass and the frame! I call them 6/13/17 The guy comes by looks it over. Shows me how one side of the frame broke from literally both sides as if we broke it sliding open a Window? He calls the guy who installed it who says it was previously broken (funny considering I was there the entire install and it was not mentioned) at the end of the visit I'm pretty straight forward. I just spent 200 on a window to break the first time we use it? I asked they either fix it right or refund me. They guy jams the pieces back together. . Just as they have done in the first place.. says he's gonna go back to the office and figure out what to do and call me back. Yea guys you guessed it... radio silence over here. My husband calls to find out that Mr Bill butcher over there decided they are not going to do anything to help... why would he? They already collected my money so I don't matter to them. I should have known this Company was a joke when the guy goes to the wrong house first. Then argued back with me over my dog in the yard. I don't even own a dog. Don't waste your money here. They will just rape you every time. I posted photos of their work to their photos shown above.

We had all of our window glass replaced in the back of the house! These guys are great! I will definitely be using them again for the front of the house!!
They used mix and match window trim looked terrible and was peeling off on most windows. They broke a window and tried to blame it on my customer. The owner then agreed to fix everything after being rude to my customers and cursing me out demanding I meet his schedule. Worst window company I have every used. They do not care about the customer or cleaning up well. I do not reccomend this company, terrible experience.
