The worst chicken bites we have ever gotten, literally rock hard, chicken was literally dried out inside, my son was so upset that his dinner was ruined. Please train your staff so that they know this type of quality is not acceptable, it is not the first time and I will definitely not be back to this location. We love Whataburger so we will just take the extra 10min to drive to our favorite location next time.

Cold food , especially fries every time. I would highly recommend avoiding this place among all other locations too especially the rockwall location, sat in the drive thru for 45 min for cold food there as well. The Wendy's across the street is good though.
Once again Whataburger proves to be my all-time go-to burger place, hands down. The food is always fresh and hot, the service is friendly and fast, and the staff goes out of the way to make your experience great! The Hatch Green Chile Bacon burger is amazingly good!! My mouth always wants another, but thankfully I resist and defer to another visit. I hope they decide to make it a permanent addition to the menu. Excellent job Whataburger!!!
I ordered for 4 people one persons order was not correct. Everyone's food was fresh and hot . The fries did not taste like old grease ...big turn off to me . I tried the new spicy chicken sandwich. It was good I liked it o er all even though it upset my tummy some but I am a little sensitive. I don't think they should change it just mentioned it for others that might be a little sensitive as well.
Placed my order 20 mins ago. Cars in front of me were already here before I placed my order. I think the employees are asleep in there. It’s only 10:15 pm
