Went to this location didn’t realize they close at nine walked into the door which was “open”. As I walked in the employees started yelling we’re closed we are closed, I opened my phone it clearly showed 859 they close at 900. If your sign says 900 than your open until 900. I even showed Kayla my phone and she still said we’re closed. I said great great customer service can I have your managers card she said sure. I called the manager left her a message on Friday night and Saturday morning, no word from her. I get it, it’s the end of your shift your ready to go, I’m in retail myself. Your hours are until 900 not 859 and your door is still unlocked take care of your customers

My friends recommend me to this store and it was really great. Great service all three times. Great tasting smoothie. I bought stuff from store to make my own but it does not taste any where near to their's. First time I got metabolism booster, and with in 30 minutes my whole stomach got cleaned out. Because of holidays last two weeks my work schedule was all over the place and my eating and sleep too. I had stomach discomfort so I tried it this one and with in 4 to 5 hours I felt like my whole body cleaned out. It's like a miracle worker. Plus it give me a lot of energy plus it wakes me up and I don't have to eat for next couple of hours. Great stuff. I told this to my family and we tried today six of us. Everyone had the same experience. Clean and great place.
Great service like I experience at all Smoothie Kings. We ordered online and after about 15min went to go pick it up. Service was fast, easy and Anne at the window was really nice! I’d definitely come back here again.
I wish there is zero star rating for this location, they take forever and mess up the drinks every time. Worst service ever...!!!
They are very slow!! They need to speed up!! They know they have a long line so they need to think better! 1 person take the order and 2 or 3 people make the smoothies!!!! Not having conversations!
Super nice customer service. I love the smoothies. Its a great healthy option for both my kids and I.
If you have somewhere important to be don’t go to smoothie king in rowlett because you will be late. I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru for a smoothie. On top of that the customer service is poor. When I finally got my smoothie the server didn’t greet me or apologize for the long wait. I will never go to this smoothie king again. The one in Garland is much better I’m in and out of there in 5 minutes or less.
Went through the drive thru and it took so long, the window cashier Katy asked me multiple times what did I order, asked for my receipt multiple times, asked if I wanted my smoothie in a plastic or styrofoam cup multiple times, and finally when I get my smoothie it taste horrible. I go to smoothie king a lot the Garland and Murphy locations are far better, and I will never go back to this location again. Make sure all associates are trained well before opening.
