I’ve boarded at Lakeside for about a year and a half now and it is by far the best boarding facility I’ve kept my horses at (and trust me, I’ve experienced quite a few). Huge grassy turnouts (not easy to find so close to Dallas!), an outdoor and covered arena with lights, hot and cold water, a beautiful tack room, community garden, etc I could go on and on but best of all is Nicole (the owner) and Caitlin (barn manager). If you ever have a question or concern all you have to do is ask one of them and they’ll get back to you ASAP with an answer or solution. They are both extremely knowledgeable, professional and care so much about the horses, I can trust that my horses’ safety and wellbeing will come above all else. The other boarders are amazing as well, everyone is so kind and look out for each other’s horses. If you are looking for a drama free barn that goes above and beyond to keep their clients and horses happy then look no further.

Best horse facility for retired horses or your every day "family member". You don't have to have a fancy show horse to board here. It is all for the love of horses!
Beautiful property run by people who genuinely care and have extensive knowledge with horses.
