Horrible! The worst company I have had to deal with. Shame on my pool company for referring such a terrible company. Pool is working but it is a very sloppy and unprofessional install and customer service from both the owner (Jim) and his son (Steve) completely terrible. The install took 3x the quoted time and all we got were excuses and lies about anything we asked regarding the install. Near completion the owner would not even call or meet with us as we requested. Steve finished up the final inspection and made more (failed) promises. It has now been a few weeks and Steve is no longer returning calls or messages, after numerous no shows.

The pool was put in and worked ok but had a leek due to the light being installed improperly. They came out twice but never fixed the problem. So we asked them to come remove the light because NOW it doesnt work. Mr. Hendriksen said they would come out and fix the problem next week, that was a month ago. Now they will not answer the phone or return our messages. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU NEED SERVICE THEY WILL NOT HELP.
