Excalibur put the roof on this house in 2016. They have an 8 year warranty that is apparently worthless. We got a leak and asked them to come take a look. The area that leaked is pictured below...clearly a terrible installation from the start...flashing doesn't go on top of shingles and sticking nails through the shingles like this is asking for trouble. I was told that the silicone slop they added would never leak...what a joke. I was told it was my responsibility to get trim board put up to stop the leak...trim board doesn't go there (it isn't on any other part of the roof like this) and it isn't going to stop water from going into my attic.

Excellent Workmanship!! These professionals started first thing this morning (it was cold) and finish by the time I got home from work. The appraisal was spot on and the roof looks amazing. I will be telling my coworkers and friends about the great work that was completed on my roof. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Thank you!
The owner of this company also flips houses and from our recent experience we would never hire this coming to do anything construction related.
