I've been coming to this cicis for the past 8 years and its always been great. But the past few months I've been coming more often. The new manager \Yuri\ Definitely has made this Cicis 10x better. Now I personally recommend friends and family to come to this one. Definitely making this one my family's go to pizza place! Great atmosphere and super clean and they take the proper covid-19 precautions!!! Five stars!!

Wonderful place to come an eat im a regular an i love it when the cook(Adrain) makes my pizza without asking an brings it out... jhonatan is always nice an friendly and very attentive to customers...yummy yummy 4 my tummy...
They have one particular worker who acts as if you’re committing a crime any time he has to help you. I asked to place an order for personal pizza while dining in the buffet and he refused to let me fill out the slip myself. Then when I asked to if he could at least turn the slip towards me so I could see it and make my decision he refused. I had to ask him multiple times before he did. Then once I told him what I wanted on the pizza he says “so a zesty pepperoni?” In a rude tone. Then to top it off, the pizza never came. No one came and talked to me. I had to back and tell them it never came. Then they asked if I would like to get it to go and I said yes. Then another 20 minutes passed and still no pizza, so I just left. Not sure what’s going on at this location, but there seems to be a lack of communication or a system for custom orders and the employees clearly don’t want to be there and aren’t held accountable for the way they carry themselves or treat customers.
10 out of 10 great customer service we showed up at last minute and was treated like kings and queens with the whole buffet for my family and I it was a great experience will come back again!!
Tables dirty, food on the floor, pizza was greasier than normal. What pizza was on the buffet. They had a variety of spinach, cheese, and Hawaiian pizza but not much else. Dessert buffet was terrible, the cinnamon rolls were as hard as they look (see pictures) and staff was not working very hard while the manager was eating out of what looked like a kitchen mixing bowl. I'm a huge fan of cicis but not this one
