We have been happy customers of All About Pools in Rowlett for many years. These folks are terrific, and their family owned business is one of the best. Customer Service is impeccable. When we need pool advice, we call or go see Dan. He is the best resource of pool knowledge we have found. We buy all of our pool products and parts and supplies from this business. The Service Department is excellent. They determine the problem immediately and repairs are prompt and painless. I trust them implicitly. My husband and I recommend All About Pools exclusively. We are selling our home and are building a new one, without a pool. I can tell you, we will miss visiting with Dan. He’s always friendly and eager to share a few words. Wanda, Dan and the gang rate highly in our book. We are telling the buyers of our home to do all their pool business at All About Pools. Thanks Y’all for many happy years of association!
Absolutely positive experience. Went to their store and discussed an upgrade on my pool controller. They were easy y to o deal with, did not try to up sale me, was very knowledgeable and the pricing was comparable. The scheduled me two days later and the technician was on time, worked quickly and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Well done All About Pools you have another satisfied customer.
We transferred our pool maintenance service to All About Pools in May 2020 and immediately noticed a positive difference in the quality of customer service & care that we received. Every contact from this family owned business was professional, informative, and pleasant. Sarah, the Accounts Mgr is cheerful and very helpful each time I call. Nathan, our pool tech is very detailed in the maintenance of our pool and is always on time. Jeremy, our repair professional is phenomenal... putting it lightly. His knowledge and passion shine through with each job that he performs. He tackled multiple preexisting issues with our spa, pool panel, & equipment and educated us along the way. He works diligently and efficiently to minimize the cost to us and promptly follows up each time to address any questions or concerns we may have. Last and certainly not least are Dan & Wanda, Owners who truly take ownership! As mentioned previously, we had serious issues with our pool panel caused by faulty wiring from previous owners. Not only did Dan take the lead on the entire effort to replace the panel, he followed up with us on a regular basis and ultimately worked out a deal that resulted in replacement of the entire system with the latest model, top of the line pool panel at no cost to us, other than labor. We are happy to report that we are finally enjoying our pool & spa with no worries and are 100% satisfied with the All About Pools team!
These guys are great. They really pay attention to the details and it's a family owned business. I love that they get to know all their customers on a personal level and they know your name when you see them. I can't think of many businesses that would do as much for a customer as this family and they work to make sure that you are 100% satisfied. We love using our pool and these guys really make sure that it's a great experience. Now that it's warming up we are ready to get back in the water! Thanks to everyone at All About Pools!
