The staff is absolutely on point. They offer great and friendly service, and quickly took care of the one issue we had when leasing. I would have to say their customer service beats Conn's, R-A-C and even best buy. Victoria, your team rocks!!!

Never received my furniture and instead of trying to accommodate the fact that they never called nor showed up between 3pm-8pm like they stated they would , the wanna be general manager said due to your aggression I’m going to cancel your order and cancelled it. I’m 8 months pregnant and literally had to sleep on the floor due to the fact they didn’t come and instead of trying to fit me into their schedule today making me priority at least ,she said I can’t get your furniture to you til Monday, when asked what time do they start delivery today she said 11am, when I arrived to store it was 11:20 and no driver was out nor delivery was being made and it was suppose to be delivered Friday. Worst customer service ever and do not care about their customers at all I will never give them any type of business ever again at any Aaron’s for that matter.

Horrible service! I rented a used leather couch set that had a few dings and the love seat had these horrible scratches on the cushions. We really wanted a brand new set and got talked into getting a used set because a new set would take nearly a month to come in and we were also told they would lower the monthly rate and order brand new cushions. Fine, it sounded like a great deal at the time.... 2 months later, still NO cushions and a different story every time we call about it. "The original order was canceled so we will reorder it." "The tracking number I have doesn't work so I don't know where it is". Really?? I wouldn't have even wasted my time with a used set if it was going to be this much trouble. The whole reason we decided to get it is because they promised new cushions... Horrible customer service. They always have an excuse. Oh, and the delivery was nearly 2 HOURS LATE when we first got them! I'm going to have them come pick up the furniture if these cushions are not here by our next payment and take my business and hard earned money elsewhere! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

Employees Ignore Store Hours and No Customer Service I have a french door refrigerator where one of the clips on the center door stop has broken. It broke in January and I have tried two times to schedule a fix or repair with no follow up from Aaron's. If I am one day late on my payment, I get called. This should work both ways. I expect follow up when a product I am renting/buying is not working 100%. Then I go to the store today (because I work during the week) at 5:00 pm, and the store was closed. But the online website states the store is open until 6:00 pm. I saw no indication of store hours on the window or door of the store (Rowlett, Texas). This is a two time customer FAIL.

If I could rate them a zero stars, I would. I have paid this company on time and never missed a payment. I am down to my last 2 payments, so I called them 6 days in advance and spoke to the manager, I ask him to push the payment back to 3 days later which would've been my payday. The manager told me that he had taken care of it. when I looked into my account, I had found that he had taken the payment out anyway. I called to have him rectify the situation but he continued to ignore my calls and instead have his reps. talk to me and tell me he was busy for 2 days after the fact. When I finally spoke to him he was very rude and harsh to me. he did not take responsibility for his error and would not refund me. They will never get my business again.
