Great experience. The hotel is situated in a beautiful village and is a great base for walks in the surrounding area. The hotel is beautifully renovated and retains its old world charm with old beams and quaint fireplaces. The rooms are well appointed but not so spacious. The restaurant was nothing short of excellent. The terroir cuisine serves locally sourced products with a special creative touch. The wines the restaurant proposed with the wines showed the same creative approach and were a cut above the wines you often get with set menus.

Sublime restaurant, a gem in the South region of Belgium ("Gaume" region) very near the border with France. We went here 3 times, always at the beginning of January, and it is always soooo delicious. Hotel rooms are also nice, warmly decorated, tidy, standard size, located right near the restaurant or on the opposite side of the road.
