Food and hair in both beds. Hair and urine on the toilet seat. Room smelled like old cigarettes. Office person never put on a mask. I slept in my sleeping bag on top of the blankets(which is saying a lot, because I've slept in some questionable places). The ONLY positive parts of this room was that the hot water gets really hot, and the AC worked.

New owner for the motel and cleaned rooms
recently had out of area guest stay at your hotel and I was embarrassed by their comments. They said the room had spiders all over and there was pistachio shells all over and other food. No lights were plugged in. The bedding wasn't even clean and.therr was even food on the bed. There was alot of.noise so they couldn't sleep.They paid full.price and.never complained. I wanted to bring this to your attention and hopefully no one else has to deals with this

The rooms are what you pay for nothing special, place to sleep and rest after being on the road for hours. It's quite and very peaceful. Has a beautiful sunset right on the lake of Champlain. The owner is very helpful and will do just about anything to make your stay as best as possible.
