We bought a 55 inch TV. As all customers we were promised a brand new TV but we can see ours has already run for more than 500 hours before we started to use. They promised a sealed brand new TV but the LG technician confirmed that we were indeed given a resealed pack. So we are not sure if this TV is an old one or demo piece. Though it's working fine, this type of activity begs us to question the integrity of Raj Electronics and it's workers.
