Had a bad experience with them. Pros: This store does have a wide variety of products. Cons: Few are very arrogant and they have some MSP policy were they will not quote you the right price. If you haven't checked the prices online or at other stores there are high chances that you will get fooled. They will quote a price higher than the market price and way higher than the online price and when you buy without checking other stores, they'll reduce some amount in the name of discount. I initially bought few home appliances but later regretted. There are better options available in the market and online too. Don't waste your hard earned money here.

I visited the store recently. Staffs are good enough & Cooperative. Only the main issue is stocks. They don't have more stocks. If you want you can pickup the show piece one. In Rourkela it is situated aside by UNITECH , in front of Titan eye plus store.
My experience has been good. The prices are competitive and the salesman are people friendly. Ok with a little adjustment

They behaved very well before payment. But after purchasing their behavior changed completely. They are very rude to costumer. Worst experience ....
