I was learning the ropes of the business and thought that your company would be a great service to use as you advertise to grow with your customers. That aside, I understand your frustrations and impatience,however, i do not think that it is fair for you to not return the 85 products that i had sent in which costed me a 4000 which were from my personal savings. I continuously begged for you to return the products as I do not earn much and really needed the money for my daughters I respected your decision to not work with me but you chose not to return the products after sending more than 10 emails to you. You told me that your kin had passed away and responded rudely by saying that you needed a week, but that was the last time I had heard from you. If you were to decide to return my products, i would be more than happy to take down the review. You know where to contact me as always. *ORIGINAL REVIEW POSTED* I was recommended through a friend and he was full of praise of their services. I started using their services and had sent in over 80 products for arbitrage. They stopped responding to my emails and no matter how many times I had contacted them through their email/website, they would always ignore them. I know that they have received and read my emails as I had contacted them with another email address and their reply was instant. Please be aware and think twice before you decide to do business with them.
Be aware of this company, they donr reply to emails , and it has been a month now and i havent heared a word about my 3 shipments
Good service for great prices, not a scam in any way. They were very helpful in explaining everything when I first started
mtprepnship has been great. Linda and Don are friendly, prompt, and fair. Has allowed me to scale my business much more than I ever could have done without a prep center.
Bad experience, preferred many other ship and prep companys which are located just down the street
