My first time walking around the lake. It's beautiful and we were lucky with a fantastic sunny winters day with a frozen lake! Looking forward to visiting again. (It was very icy at parts - caused a few scary moments for kids and adults alike - so be careful).

Gorgeous, it really feels like you're in a European city. The best part is how close it is to the city. We had a meal at the Lakeside cafe and then went on a walk. It was peaceful, and so perfect for some fresh air during Covid times. You could also buy some swan food and feed them - a great activity for the kiddies. There's plenty of parking and lots of green space for exercise or just picnicking. The café has covid-safe toilets for the public.

Quite a big park that has everything you could ask for. 2 big lakes with swans and ducks. Football pitches. Kantine for drinks and food. And the park itself is well designed. Worth a visit

Roundhay park has abit of everything for everyone, if it’s fitness and running it has great hills and lakes to run around or if you want to go for a nice walk and a coffee you can do that too! Me and my partner love going for walks around the lake

Good wide open spaces allowing for nice walks. Swans, ducks and gulls at the lake and squirrels in the trees. A nice place for people of any age as there are age appropriate playgrounds for children of all ages.
